Prior to this, he was the Chief Commercial Officer at Mind Gym, plc (New York, NY/London, UK), overseeing global revenue strategy, business development, and client solutions. Scott spent over a decade at The Gallup Organization, where he served as a Managing Partner, driving strategic initiatives across multiple industries and helping Fortune 500 clients enhance their leadership, talent, and human capital strategies.
